Research Interests

I was raised in Zhongxiang of Hubei province, China, and had two research and learning experiences. I obtained his B.S. and M.S degree from Nanchang University in 2017 and 2020, under the supervision of Prof. Shuguang Deng and Prof. Jun Wang, and will obtain Ph.D degree from Zhejiang University under the supervision of Prof. Huabin Xing in 2024. My current research interest focuses on the development of functional porous materials including metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs) and porous carbon for the application of CO2 capture and storage, and hydrocarbon separation, and published more than 40 articles (8 articles as the first author) with the total citations over 1802 and the H-index of 24.

After coming to Feng’s Group, I will focus on direct air capture direction using advanced adsorbents to deal with the climate change caused by excessive CO2 emissions. Before previous research experiences, I have accumulated some valuable knowledge and skills, including designation and preparation of MOFs and COFs, construction of breakthrough device, GCMC and DFT calculations and so on. Outside of the lab, I love watching NBA, movies and enjoy music with friends.
